please read carefully before attending investigation .
Person/s attending an investigation must be 18 years of age or over. R.I.P may ask for proof of age which must be supplied upon request.
Anyone found under the influence of alcohol/drugs at anytime during an investigation with R.I.P will be asked to leave the event immediately. Some venues have bars, we ask you to drink in moderation. R.I.P will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur due to alcohol/drugs misuse.
Smoking is strictly forbidden on any of R.I.P indoor venues. Smokers will be made aware of designated smoking areas on arrival.
Under any circumstances R.I.P do not allow naked flames, candles or any potential fire hazards on an event. Person/s found in the breach of this will be removed from the event immediately for the health and safety of others.
Personal belongings, vehicles , equipment belonging to you is your responsibility. R.I.P will not be held for responsible for any loss, damage or theft.

recommends that you have your own insurance cover in place before attending an event with R.I.P . Attending an event with R.I.P is solely at your own risk.

would like to remind all guests coming on an event, that generally paranormal investigations are quite reserved events as well as fun. By reading this you agree to act in a sensible manner and not to act in an offensive or aggressive way that may upset guests and team members. Any person/s who do not adhere to this will be removed from the premises immediately.

will not be held responsible for any damaged caused by yourself at the location we are visiting from not adhering to instructions and directions given.
It is your responsibility to come suitably dressed for an event for any weather condition. We would advise that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes when attending an event with R.I.P .
Occasionally R.I.P will film, use audio and photographic equipment for use on our web pages and advertising. By attending any event with us you agree to this and will solely be used on R.I.P websites.
During an event with R.I.P we will give you the opportunity to use our paranormal equipment. We ask you take extreme care. Any damage or loss caused to our equipment through misuse will make you liable for any loss or damage.

do not fake any form of paranormal activity. On events we cannot promise paranormal activity but anything unusual that does occur is real and can be very frightening. These events are not advisable for anyone who has a nervous disposition, week heart or is pregnant. R.I.P will not be held responsible for harm, distress or injury due to fright or distress.
Ticket price does not include accommodation, this is your responsibility to arrange for yourself.
REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
R.I.P CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally R.I.P may cancel or postpone an event due to severe weather conditions or situations beyond our control. When on the rare occasion this happens R.I.P will offer you a full refund. If the event is moved to another date the new event date will be offered to you as your first option. R.I.P may limit refunds in this instance due to the event still going ahead. Travel expenses will not be refunded due to an event being cancelled.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
Requesting a refund 4 weeks prior to a ghost hunt event will be paid 75% of the original ticket price.
Requesting a refund more than 2 weeks prior to a ghost hunt event will be paid 50% of the original ticket price.
Requesting a refund less than 2 weeks prior to a ghost hunt event will result in no refund being given due to ghost hunt location deposit charges and to cover R.I.P costs. R.I.P may offer you an alternative event to attend. This is done solely at R.I.P discretion. Should you choose to accept this alternative offer you agree to pay any additional costs towards the ticket price should it be at a higher cost.
R.I.P may alter or change any of our terms and conditions at any time without giving any further notice.
